Co20 Co40 Co50 ZGCr28Ni48W5 ZGCr25Ni20 is mostly used as the heat-resistant steel rider of walking beam furnace. Our company mainly produces Co50 rider of heating furnace, Co50 heat-resistant cushion block and Co50 slide rail, which are used as the support block of plate rolling heating furnace. It has good high temperature performance (1000-1300 ℃) and high temperature oxidation resistance. It is used for the support block of the plate rolling heating furnace. Because the steel contains very high Ni and 3-5% W, it has very high high temperature strength, oxidation resistance, high carburizing performance and high heat impact resistance in the range of 1000-1200 ℃. Co20, Co40 and Co50 cushion blocks can effectively inhibit the occurrence of layered erosion on the top of the cushion block, significantly reduce the height loss of the cushion block and extend the effective service life of the cushion block, so as to improve the heating quality of the billet and significantly reduce the "black mark" temperature difference of the billet. The excellent performance of the cushion block comes from the more reasonable internal crystal structure.
The heat-resistant steel rider is mostly used in the walking beam heating furnace. The billet directly contacts the hot slide rail on the cooling pipe. Due to the water cooling effect, the temperature of the hot rider is lower than the billet temperature, and the hot rider has a shielding effect on the heating of the billet. Therefore, the temperature of the local area where the billet contacts the hot slide rail is low, which forms a "water pipe black print". Water pipe black printing is a common problem in the heating process of steel rolling plant, and it is also inevitable. When the black mark is heavy, it will affect the surface quality and accuracy of the billet. At the same time, the existence of the black mark makes the local hardness of the billet very large. It affects the service life of the roll. In order to reduce the black mark of the billet water pipe, at present, most of the heating furnaces use the hot rider. The influence of the height, length and contact condition of the hot rider on the temperature difference of the black print shall be considered when designing the heat-resistant steel rider to reduce such adverse effects.
The heat-resistant steel slide block has a variety of structures, most of which are T-shaped structures. It can be used individually or in combination with the letter slide block. Different structures and materials are selected according to different production site needs.
