W-type radiant tube
The main structure of the W-shaped radiant tube is composed of the main straight tube, elbow, flange, support plate, etc., which needs to be installed in the furnace together with the burner, heat exchanger, etc.
In general, W-type radiant tubes in heating furnaces are often used in natural gas systems. There are W-shaped radiant tubes in heating section and W-shaped radiant tubes in soaking section. During installation, a corresponding burner is usually arranged at one end of the radiant tube in the furnace, and then a suitable heat exchanger is equipped at the other end. After that, it will be connected with the gas pipeline through the flange, and there is a locating plate matching the furnace shell on the pipe. After the installation, we also need to conduct proper sealing treatment to ensure its application.
The basic components of the W-type radiant tube are the radiant tube body and the burner. High efficiency radiant tubes often have waste heat recovery devices. The key component of the radiation tube is the tube body, which radiates the heat released by fuel combustion to the heated materials. The core device of W-type radiant tube heating technology is the gas burner. The radiant tube heats the incoming fuel through the burner. The power of the burner controls the wall temperature distribution, thus affecting the power, thermal efficiency and life of the radiant tube. In the whole gas radiant tube device, the important component to improve the thermal efficiency of the gas radiant tube is the waste heat recovery device. There is no radiant pipe with flue gas waste heat recovery device, so the smoke loss is large and the thermal efficiency is low. A waste heat recovery device is set at the exhaust end of the radiation pipe to preheat the fuel or gas air, reduce the exhaust gas temperature, and reduce the environmental pollution while improving the efficiency.
