Electric heating radiant tubes and electric heating core
The picture shows a batch of electric heating radiant tubes produced last week, including the shell of the radiation tube and the electric heating core.
The size of the radiant tube is 175 * 1525mm, made of 1.4848 material, weighing about 28kg, and the size of the electric heater is 160 * 1610mm.
The main material is Cr20Ni80, weighing about 20kg. The radiation tube is mainly produced using centrifugal casting and static casting processes,
and the electric heater is mainly welded. Qualified trial assembly, inspected in all aspects, packaged and shipped separately, and assembled by the customer.
