Among the auxiliary accessories of the heating furnace, the fire door is the most commonly used part with the most contact times.
The opening and closing several times a day makes the sealing surface of the fire door damaged and becomes one of the sources of air leakage in the heating furnace. Because the fire door The air leakage at the place does not participate in the combustion,
which brings inconvenience to the control of the oxygen content of the heating furnace and affects the thermal efficiency of the furnace.

The fire door designed and provided by HEXIN adopts a three-layer door structure to reduce air leakage:
The first layer: The traditional fire door structure is adopted, and the weight of the fire door is used for sealing and heat preservation. In addition, a locking mechanism is added to the bottom of the fire door to overcome the looseness of the fire door caused by long-term opening and closing.
The second layer: high-temperature glass door, this structure further isolates the smoke from the outside world and reduces air leakage. The glass door is structurally connected with the fire door body in the form of a quick joint. When it needs to be disassembled for cleaning, the glass door can be disassembled and assembled with simple actions without using external tools.
The third layer: smoke blocking door, this door is made of stainless steel, when it is in normal operation, this door is closed, blocking the flow of smoke to the glass of the fire door, reducing the erosion and pollution of dusty smoke on the glass door, and avoiding excessive Cleaning Glass Doors. When the outer fire inspection door is opened to observe the inside of the furnace, the smoke blocking door and the outer fire inspection door are opened synchronously, and when the outer fire inspection door is closed, the unique driving structure drives the inner layer blocking door and the outer fire inspection door The doors are closed synchronously.
