Manifold is one of the typical products independently developed by our company. Our company adopts hot drawing process for the manufacture of bent pipe and straight manifold. The product has the advantages of accurate geometric dimensions, high branch pipe height and uniform branch pipe wall thickness. Manifolds are widely used in shipbuilding, petroleum, chemical, electric power, metallurgy, machinery, textile, food, pharmaceutical and other industries.

 

The main materials are: carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, duplex steel, nickel-based alloy, etc.

The upper manifold is the intake manifold, which is mainly used to distribute the feed to each branch pipe. According to the different preheating temperature of the raw materials, the upper manifold can be made of chrome molybdenum steel, 304, 321 and other materials.

 

Depending on the size of the device, the lower manifold has two forms: hot wall and cold wall. The material of the header under the hot wall is mainly Alloy 800H, the inner wall of the header under the cold wall is a high temperature resistant lining material, and the outer wall can be made of ordinary carbon steel or low alloy steel due to the low temperature.
