Back-up rolls
HEXIN’s forged rolls include forged steel cold-rolled work rolls, intermediate rolls, support rolls, leveling rolls, straightening rolls, and forged steel hot-rolled work rolls.
Forged steel back-up roll is mainly used in 4-Hi mill and 6-Hi mill. The material of back-up roll includes 2%Cr series material, such as 9Cr2Mo、86CrMoV7; 3% Cr series material,such as 70Cr3Mo、70Cr3NiMo; 5% Cr series material, such as 5Cr5MoV(Ni) etc. The diameter of the roll is 240—1800mm,unit weight 80 tons. Roll surface hardness: HSD75---90; Roll surface hardness uniformity≤3HSD; Hardened layer depth: single side 15---100mm.
