The key component of the radiation tube
Product Category:Metallurgical IndustryPrice:Negotiation

The key component of the radiation tube is the tube body, which radiates the heat released by fuel combustion to the heated materials. Because the surface of the tube body is directly in contact with the combustion flame and high-temperature flue gas, the working environment is bad. For the radiation tube made of metallic materials, long-term local burning and oxidation will cause material failure; If there is a large temperature difference along the length of the pipe, the pipe will be subject to a large thermal stress, which will directly affect the length of the pipe life; In addition, the impact of air flow during combustion will also produce a certain vibration.
Therefore, the material of radiation tube shall meet the following conditions:
1) High temperature resistance; 2) High surface hardness; 3) High thermal conductivity; 4) High structural strength and good air tightness; 5) Under the maximum working temperature and its own load, it has good oxidation resistance and can withstand enough high temperature creep and damage strength; 6) The coefficient of thermal expansion is small. 7) Low cost.
The radiant tubes produced by HEXIN are mostly made of heat-resistant steel, and the temperature range is about 900~1000 ℃. The processing method is usually rolling, extruding steel pipe or centrifugal casting. Theoretically, the maximum service temperature of various heat-resistant steels will change with the change of service conditions and controlled atmosphere. In the actual production process, reasonable radiant tube materials should be selected according to the process conditions such as furnace temperature, furnace atmosphere, and the type of materials to be heated.
