Generally, two stabilizing rolls are arranged alternately on both sides of the strip steel, and there are two types of transmission, active and passive. They are divided into front stabilizing rolls and rear stabilizing rolls, both of which are immersed in molten aluminum-zinc liquid.
Its main function is to obtain a certain effective tension and guidance for the strip steel passing through the sinking roller, to ensure that the strip steel passes through the air knife continuously and stably, to prevent the strip steel from swinging and to adjust the shape of the strip.
The stabilizing rolls produced by Qingdao Hexin are used in the galvanizing pot system of the galvanizing line. The continuous galvanizing process is completed through three rollers and six arms of the galvanizing pot system. Driven by the passive rotation, the main function is to stabilize the transmission of the strip steel in the galvanizing line.
