FF800 Asbestos substitute Roller
Material: FF800, Non asbestos material, comply with international Environment Protection requirement. Assemble on the B C D and RET area.
FF800 has advantage of more environment protection, fadeless, without affinity for sodium carbonate and dregs, keep the dimension stability in the lehr.
Hexin is one of the first producers who start producing asbestos lehr rollers in China, after years of production , we changed to use Non asbestos as covered materials , considering of the environment issues.
Covered lehr rollers are very common in the flat glass industry typically used in B, C, D, and RET zones of the annealing lehr. The most frequently used material is Tenmat’s MB800(FF800) . This material designed as alternative to asbestos materials.
Covered rollers are non-marking, have less of an affinity for sodium sulfate and dross deposits and provide excellent dimensional stability in the lehr.
The primary disadvantage of covered rollers is the occurrence of embedded cullet and vulnerability to cullet damage.
Steel rollers for float glass annealing lehr
The function of the lehr rollers: The glass is sent to the cold end smoothly, and the glass thickness and the amount of drawing can be controlled with the edge puller.
When there is a problem with the tin bath and the large furnace, the tin bath and the annealing furnace can be quickly removed. The glass is sent to the falling plate and shattered.
The technical parameters and performance of the roller table of the annealing furnace: the specifications of the conveying glass, that is, the width of the original plate: 4400mm-5200mm,
the thickness of the glass is 2mm-19mm, the total length of the roller table is 129M, the reference height of the bus bar on the roller is: 1100mm (except the adjustable roller ),
